As a photographer, relocating to a new city can be both exciting and intimidating. It's a chance to break out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself to grow as an artist, but it also means starting from scratch in terms of networking and finding clients.
WIth this relocation, I decided to also hit the reset button on my business with a full rebrand and to rename CCPhotoFactory.
Rebranding can be a daunting task, but it's an essential step in building a successful photography business in your new location. When I first established CCPhotoFactory in 2010, I was doing it almost completely on my own, and I used plenty of DIY methods. I had no clue about my target audience, my mission statement, my core values…. I honestly didn’t have much of a connection with the name; CCPhotoFactory.
By working with a specialist and staying true to your unique style and vision, you can create a strong and cohesive brand that resonates with your target audience. This time around, I partnered with the amazing team at WeLaunchU and Bijal Patel. While working with a specialist can be helpful, it's important to stay involved in the process and ensure that the final result represents your brand accurately. Her team helped me search my brain for something that was meaningful, significant, and unique with ME at the heart of it.
